Barry Ferguson was reduced to tears by Birmingham City's Carling Cup final triumph.

Arsenal's players have accused the Scottish ace of gamesmanship after he clipped Laurent Koscienly around the ear as they celebrated their winner against Arsenal.

Liam Ridgewell revealed that the former Rangers player was reduced to tears after the 2-1 victory over Arsenal.

"I wouldn't want to embarrass him but I'm sure Fergie might have shed a tear or two," the defender said.
