Former Rangers, Newcastle United and Brisbane Roar defender Craig Moore was released on bail following an altercation with a taxi driver in Dubai.
The ex-Australia international was arrested last week when police were called to look into a dispute involving Moore and the cab driver over a fare of 50 dirham or $14 Australian.
Reports suggest that Moore, who was illegally drunk at the time (alcohol in Dubai is banned) pushed a policeman, and is now expected in court this week to face charges of alcohol consumption, brawling and resisting police.
If Moore receives any jail time, he may be forced to serve it in Dubai.
