Kris Boyd is not meeting the standards require of him at Turkish club Eskisehirspor according to manager Michael Skibbe.
The 28-year old moved to the Ataturk Stadium from Middlesbrough in July but has struggled with form and injuries and has played less than 80 minutes total for the Star of Anatolia.
Skibbe says that the former Kilmarnock and Rangers man has not been good enough since arriving from England in the summer.
"He's been unfortunate that he has been mostly unable to get into the squad because we have been winning games recently.""Kris Boyd is a very good character but his football has not been up to the desired level," he told the Daily Record.
