Ex-Man Utd boss Solskjaer: Players today are too weak; they'll call their parents

Former Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says there's not many of the current team who could handle being part of the 1999 Treble winners.

Solskjaer says the mental battle was a key part of the famous triumph.

"It was simply a fantastic dressing room filled with leaders and winners. We really hated to lose. There were fights after games if we hadn't performed and that was what was needed," said Solskjaer according to Goal.com.

"It was necessary to wake each other up sometimes, shake each other a little. That's how we got better, that's how we became winners. If you had done that today, the players would have called their parents or their agents...

"They are far too weak, I don't know if they would have survived that time."
