Everton boss David Moyes expects Darron Gibson to soon return to action.

The former Manchester United midfielder suffered a knee ligament problem last week and is set for a spell on the sidelines.

Moyes reported: "The word I am getting is that it doesn't look as if it's too bad, so hopefully it won't be too long before he's back.

"It is going to be a big blow because he has played all the games and as far as I am getting told we've not lost since he's been in the team."
