An English investor group has bought the transfer rights of three Espanyol players.

La Vanguardia says the agreement was needed to help the club cover debts. Espanyol chief Joan Collett has since confirmed the development.

Hector Moreno and Alvaro Vazquez are two of the three players involved, with the remainder coming from Javi Marquez or Jordi Amat.

The players still need to sign off on the agreement.
