Chelsea ace Didier Drogba is confident they can sustain their title challenge without him in January.
Drogba will leave for Ivory Coast's African Nations Cup campaign and said: "It will be tough for me to leave in January. I want to help my team. My relationship with the fans is fantastic. I want to play and score goals for my team.
"But this is part of my career and to represent the national team is also really important for me.
"It will be difficult for me to leave but I have to do it because it's a big event for Africans and I want to be there.
"I know Chelsea will do the job without me. They have won without me already and that is really fantastic because we know other players can score goals."
