Birmingham City have concluded a deal to sign Alen Halilovic on a free transfer.

The former Barcelona and AC Milan man is someone whose career has not panned out as expected.

He was lauded as a huge prospect when he was with Dinamo Zagreb in Croatia.

But he never hit the heights that were expected.

Now he has the chance to show his quality in the Championship with Birmingham.

He is manager Aitor Karanka's 12th signing since July 31st.

Birmingham are 17th in the Championship, eight points away from the playoff spots.
