Crystal Palace are watching Den Haag defender Wilfried Kanon.

The Sun says Eagles boss Roy Hodgson is looking to bolster defensive options in January and the Ivory Coast stopper is high on his shopping list.

Hodgson is looking to sure up the Eagles defence and is short of central defenders with the experienced Scott Dann still missing with a long-term knee injury.

The 25-year-old has been earning rave reviews in the Dutch top flight this term and a host of clubs in England and Spain are on red alert.
