Jordi Cruyff cannot split Champions League final opponents Barcelona and Manchester United.
Cruyff, the son of Johan Cruyff, won trophies with both clubs during his career.
He said: "Barca have several great stars, while Manchester United have only one, Wayne Rooney.
"But, Barca are a little dependent on Lionel Messi playing well, while Manchester can play well without Rooney."
Asked about Sir Alex Ferguson pumping Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho for information on Barca, Cruyff added: "What's wrong with that?
"Mou knows plenty about Barca given his 36 weeks in the Liga and five games he's faced them in this season."
