Costel Pantilimon has signed permanently with Manchester City.
City have signed goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon on a permanent deal.
The 6ft 8in Romanian joined on loan from Politehnica Timi?oara in August but City have paid a £3m fee and given him a contract that runs until 2016.
