Wolves caretaker manager Terry Connor still has hope that his side can pull themselves out of the relegation more.
The Wolverhampton club sit at the bottom of the Premier League table, six points behind their nearest rivals, with survival in the top flight not looking all that likely.
But ahead of tomorrow night's meeting with Arsenal, Connor is maintaining belief that his players can begin to produce the required results.
"I think if you watched our performances over the last four or five games you would have seen an improvement in what we are trying to do and we will continue that against Arsenal.
"We will try and be competitive in all 38 games and if we can do that we will have played a full season and be going into the last game against Wigan having something to play for.""What we intend to do is win as many as we possibly can and we want to finish the season as best we possibly can and that's the challenge I have set myself and for the players and they have bought into that," he said.
