CLASS! Chelsea defender David Luiz: Aguero?

Chelsea defender David Luiz refused to take aim at Sergio Aguero after victory at Manchester City.

Referee Anthony Taylor showed Aguero a straight red card for a high challenge that connected with Luiz's knee in the latter stages of the Premier League clash as City were trailing their opponents 3-1.

The tackle sparked a melee between both sets of players, which resulted in Fernandinho also being sent off after he pushed Cesc Fabregas over the advertising hoardings.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Luiz said: "I don't like to speak about these type of things.

"Aguero is an amazing player who does a lot for football."

Luiz penned a moving tribute to one Chapecoense player, Arthur Maia, who was on loan from Vitoria - the club Luiz spent time at early in his career - this week but he took a few moments to speak about the tragedy after the win over City.

"I want to dedicate this win to the people who died in Brazil," he added. "It was difficult to get my head together as I had some friends there. We just need to pray for the victim's families."
