Chievo Verona are in contact with Lazio for defender Mobido Diakite.

Diakite is on the shopping list of Chievo sports director Giovanni Sartori after dropping off the first team map at Lazio.

Chievo are keen to discuss a season-long loan deal for Diakite.

The French defender still has three years to run on his Lazio contract and has attracted interest from across Europe this summer.
