Chelsea are prepared to discuss a swap deal with Manchester City over Eden Hazard.

The Daily Star says Chelsea are ready to listen to City's offer for Hazard - but only if they get Sergio Aguero in return.

Premier League's champions elect City are willing to splash an outrageous £150million to bring in their top target.

But the Blues are only will to part company with their Belgian superstar to a fellow English club if they can get top marksman Aguero to solve their on-going strike problem.

Real Madrid are also keeping stock of the situation as they are keen to improve their front line after a disappointing La Liga season.
