Chelsea are odds-on favourites to sign French forward Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year old has been in superb form for Atletico since his move from Real Sociedad last year, and has found the back of the net 22 times in the league, a club record tally.
Blues boss Jose Mourinho is willing to offer Brazilian left-back Filipe Luis as part of a player plus cash deal for the Atleti forward, who has a £43.5 million release clause written into his contract.
Mourinho is likely to see Griezmann as an ideal replacement for Didier Drogba, who left Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
