Chelsea defender Gary Cahill admits uncertainty over the England coaching position is a concern for the players.
Cahill scored in last night's defeat to Holland.
"As players, you can't do anything about changes in management," he said. "We just turn up and prepare like normal.
"As for me, it's been a crazy few weeks, definitely, but it's just a question of keeping focused, working hard and trying to put in performances at the level I should be at. That's all I can do.""Obviously there's a little bit of uncertainty, not knowing if Stuart Pearce is actually going to take us in the summer or whether somebody else is going to come in, but all the lads can do now is show in the Premier League games that they're good enough to get on the plane.
