Chelsea are confident talking down Anderlecht's asking price for Romelu Lukaku when they meet this weekend.
The London Evening Standard says they have been after Lukaku for several months and the 18-year-old striker has always made moving to Stamford Bridge his first priority.
Anderlecht have been asking for as much as £20m for Lukaku, but Chelsea are unwilling to pay such a large fee for a player who has yet to prove himself at the highest level.
He is more likely to move for an initial fee of £14m, which could then increase depending on what he achieves at Stamford Bridge in terms of appearances, goals and silverware.
Anderlecht were already resigned to letting him go this summer with just one year left on his contract remaining, but it is understood the move will only go through once they have found a replacement.
