Munir El Haddadi is seeking a move out of Barcelona.
The Daily Express says Spanish media sources claim El Haddadi is keen to spend the rest of the season on loan to gain valuable first-team minutes.
The news comes as a boost to Arsenal and Chelsea, who are expected to take full advantage of his situation at the Nou Camp.
The Premier League pair have long been linked with a permanent move for the young forward, but Barca are reluctant to sell their prize asset.
However, neither side would be able to utilise El Haddadi in the Champions League should they sign him after already featuring in the competition for Barca.
