Chelsea have accepted an offer from Manchester City for Mateo Kovacic.

The Daily Mail says City will sign the Croatia midfielder for a fee of £25m.

The deal will include a further £5m in bonuses.

City manager Pep Guardiola has long been a fan of Kovacic and is eager to add the experienced midfielder's versatility to his squad.
