Jack Charlton admits he's never forgiven Sunderland boss Roy Keane over the blow-up before the 2002 World Cup.
"To tell you the truth, I've never followed Roy," Charlton told The Irish Times.
"Had it been somebody that I got along with or liked..but I've never forgiven him for what happened over in Japan.
"I think anyone who has worked with [Sir] Alex [Ferguson] as player will come away thinking they'd like to stay in the game.
"And, if Roy wants to stay in the game then okay, I wish him well."
