England boss Fabio Capello sees no great difference between his players and those he's encountered working in Italy and Spain.
Capello said: "Are Italian players more disciplined as individuals than English player? It's the same. I don't find strange things here. The discipline is okay here.
"I'm not having a problem, During the past seven months, I have seen everything and observed a lot - and there is no big difference between English and Spanish or Italian players.
"I sometimes arrive in different clubs and find good things. Others, I change. It depends on what you want. Some of my good things could be of benefit. Here, I find no problems.
"Sometimes the difference is the life after training. The players are on the front of the tabloids. Their private lives are under constant scrutiny from the tabloid press.
"All I know is that with the national team, all the players are focused."
Capello added: "With the 'WAG' culture, did I feel there was a necessity to be more disciplined? I think every manager decides the line that has to be drawn.
"I always, when I worked, decided a different line depending on the country I was working in. In Italy, it was one line. In Spain, it was a different line.
"But I have to respect the ideas and the lives of every country. When I arrived here with England, I spoke with the players and I said to them normal things. Not strange things. Normal things for the players.
"With wives, when I was a club manager, sometimes during long training camps - 10 or 15 days - it was possible to meet the women - wives, official girlfriends. Not strange girlfriends!
"Have the players embraced that? Yes. They play golf. When you stay with the national team, it's different. We can change if we go to South Africa (for the 2010 World Cup). We have time."
