Caen youngster Roman Hamouma is edging closer to a move to England.
The Sun says Everton and Newcastle United are in a tug-of-war to sign midfielder Hamouma from Caen.
The Ligue 1 outfit want £4million for the Algerian, 25. A Caen source said: "We're open to talks but at the right price for a quality player."
