Alexander Buttner says he wants to stay with Manchester United.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a number of clubs since signing for United in 2012 and revealed his agent is currently in talks about extending his stay at the club where he now feels "completely at home".
"Of course I have thought it through," Buttner told Voetbal International.
"Should I stay here any longer and wait for my chance, or maybe go for a transfer?
"The club was always clear, they wouldn't let me go, and in these moments you have to remember what you have. I play at Manchester United, one of the biggest clubs in the world. I feel completely at home, I often have a lot of family with me, and won't give up.
"That approach is now being rewarded, that's nice. My agent has an interview this week at the club on my development and future."
