According to reports on Sky Sports NewsBurnley are lining up a bid to sign Derby striker Rob Hulse over the summer. Hulse joined Derby two years ago from Sheffield United and he scored 12 goals in 37 Championship appearances during the past season.
The 30-year-old was subsequently linked with Wolves and now appears to have popped up on the radar of Burnley, who are preparing for life back in the Championship.
Clarets boss Brian Laws is keen to put his own stamp on the squad after taking over in January and is weighing up an approach for Hulse.
