Brescia are ready for talks with West Ham United over the sale of Ismail H'Maidat.
West Ham have scouted H'Maidat extensively this season and are planning a January offer for the Serie B star.
Brescia, needing to balance the books, are keen to do business and hope to kickoff negotiations this week.
H'Maidat is also being watched by Fiorentina, Sassuolo and AC Milan, but favours a move to the Premier League.
Brescia would also prefer to sell to the Hammers, which will produce a cash offer for the midfielder, rather than the co-ownership deals Serie A clubs are likely to propose.
