Jose Bosingwa says the players are behind Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas.
Bosingwa insists he is fully behind under-pressure Blues manager Villas-Boas, despite his fellow Portuguese having encountered a player backlash in a dressing-room meeting at the weekend.
Full-back Bosingwa said: "To finish outside of the top four at the end of the season will be a disaster, so we promise to carry on fighting and we need the support of the fans.
"The dressing room has confidence in the coach. Villas-Boas is a good coach and he's demonstrated that with his success in Portugal.
"This is not a crisis, but something from a bad run of results. It's normal to expect players to have unhappy faces. But I think we can improve and move up the Premier League this season."
