Bolton Wanderers striker Johan Elmander is happy to be amongst the goals this season.
And the Swede has targeted more goals and more impressive performances.
"I'm pleased with the way I'm playing and hopefully I can continue scoring and helping the team," the 29-year-old told the club's website.
"On Saturday, Chungy (Chung-Yong) provided the perfect cross and I just had to make sure that I headed it in. Having players like him and Martin (Petrov) can only help strikers because they know dangerous positions in which to put the ball.
"I scored a few goals in pre-season and that helped to put the wind in my sails and get some early momentum, so I think that is the reason why I've managed to get off to a good start.
"I also have a good manager who believes in me. When you have that trust then it helps you to go out on the pitch and show what you can do."
