Skysports.com is claiming Championship West Ham are in talks to sign Bolton midfielder Matt Taylor. Taylor is entering the final year of his contract at the Reebok Stadium and Bolton are ready to let him move on.
The 29-year-old struggled to hold down a regular place last season and he could be tempted away for a new challenge.
A number of clubs are thought to have expressed an interest in Taylor, but West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is hoping to lure the former Portsmouth man to Upton Park.
