Bologna chief Robert Zanzi insists Gaston Ramirez won't leave for less than "€20 million".

Manchester City and Liverpool are in talks for the Uruguay international, who is also interesting Inter Milan.

Zanzi insisted: "We are getting tired of repeating the same thing. Ramirez's price is twenty million.
