Blackburn Rovers are sweating on the fitness of star striker Roque Santa Cruz after the Paraguayan limped out of his country's friendly against South Africa on Wednesday night.
Santa Cruz was replaced after 21 minutes when he was injured in a poor challenge by Rovers' team mate Aaron Mokoena.
