Young Spanish striker Oscar Hernando is close to joining Blackburn Rovers according to reports.
The 16-year old has emerged as a target for Rovers boss Sam Allardyce who is looking to recruit more youngsters from Spain and it seems he may land at Ewood Park despite interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Hernando has held talks with Blackburn and reports suggest that he will join the Lancashire club shortly.
