Blackburn Rovers and Bolton are chasing Portsmouth midfielder Sean Davis.

Davis, 29, is a free agent in the summer and has been stalling on signing a new deal at Fratton Park.

Bolton chief Gary Megson is still hopeful of clinching the signature of Davis after having a £2million bid turned down by Pompey in January.

But Allardyce has now placed the former Spurs and Fulham star top of his summer wanted list.
