LA Galaxy star David Beckham was pleased for Tottenham winger Aaron Lennon after England's victory over Slovakia.

"Aaron is a very talented young player. He has proved this with Tottenham week in, week out and deserves his chance to play. He's a tremendous talent and he is nothing like I've seen before," Beckham told Setanta Sports 1.

"I thought he did very well and he got into some good positions and put in a couple of good crosses to make some good chances, I think he played very, very well."
