Barcelona winger Rafinha has turned out for Brazil in the U20 South American Championships.

Even though Rafinha played for the U-16, U-17 and U-19 Spain national teams, he opted to play for Brazil's U20 team.

He was a second-half substitute in Brazil's defeat to Uruguay.
