Barcelona are moving for Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke.
The Spain international is Barca's top choice to replace Xavi, who is set to sign with Al Arabi.
Sport says Barca have already made an approach and been referred to Koke's €60 million buyout clause by Atleti.
While rating the youngster highly, Barca won't go higher than €40 million - but are prepared to include players in their offer.
A prime candidate to move to Vicente Calderon as part of any Koke deal is Cristian Tello, who is rated highly by Atleti coach Diego Simeone.
