Barcelona have asked Atletico Madrid about Radamel Falcao's situation. Sport says Barca registered their interest in Falcao as Atletico made an approach about opening talks over several younger prospects.

Atletico chief Jose Luis Perez Caminero has asked Barca for Cristian Tello and Sergi Roberto.

During his enquiries, Caminero was informed by Barca counterpart Andoni Zubizarreta that they'd like to be kept informed of Falcao's situation, who is also interesting Chelsea.
