Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola was "proud" of his players after their 2-2 draw at Arsenal.

Guardiola insists there's no need for regrets, despite blowing a two goal lead in last night's first-leg Champions League quarterfinal.

"It's a shame because we had the opportunity to take a huge step towards the semifinals, but when we play teams of this level, these things happen. I'm proud of my team, I can say this," said Guardiola.

"That first-half was the best we have played since I became coach."
