Barcelona are planning to splash the cash on new players this summer as part of their squad revamping process, according to Spanish newspaper AS.
Barcelona will be entering a new era post Luis Enrique next summer and one can certainly expect the club to go through wholesale changes as they look to reclaim their spot as the best team in Spain as well as in Europe.
A host of players have unsurprisingly already been linked with a move to Barcelona over the past few weeks and according to a special report from AS, it has been claimed that the Catalan giants are ready to splash as much as £84million to sign the quartet of Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool), Marco Verratti (Paris Saint-Germain), Theo Hernandez (Atletico Madrid) and Hector Bellerin (Arsenal).
