AS Roma chief Franco Baldini says he isn't panicking over Daniele de Rossi's contract.
Baldini is not concerned by the continued delay to De Rossi making a decision.
"I can say that everyone has raised concerns in one direction or another, and all I can say is that the board of directors have given me management and I'm dealing with this with the required amount of attention.
"It is an issue that has gone on for some time but I am not worried or pressured by the deadline of January 31, we're concerned little by it.
"Even before this date De Rossi could have signed for other clubs, so I feel no pressure of any kind. It is a decision that will be taken with proper consideration.
"Would we sell De Rossi? No, because from February he will be open to talk about a free transfer.""The question concerning the renewal of De Rossi's contract is not something that I can publicly reveal.
