Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini is looking forward to the "challenge" of facing AC Milan.

La Dea go into Sunday's game sitting in sixth place on the Serie A table.

Gasperini said, "Milan have looked for solutions that have given results, but it's a league – apart from Napoli – where all have positive and negative moments. We sometimes discover potholes, sudden stops that you don't expect, but it is the result of the balance of the league.

“The discourse of the whole season is this: if we are a big team, we are disappointed by some results, if we are a small team we must be disappointed.

“I am very satisfied, we have to put aside the last game to make a good performance.

“We know their characteristics well. We have to try not to give space to fast players like Hernandez and Leao, there are many components to develop to the best of our ability, but we can also have qualities that can bother them."
