Arsenal are refusing to meet Newcastle United's valuation for Mathieu Debuchy.
The Telegraph says the Gunners are interested in signing Debuchy, although they will not match their £12m valuation of the France international.
Debuchy would like to leave Newcastle after the club sold his close friend Yohan Cabaye to Paris Saint Germain back in January and he has given a series of interviews while away on international duty at the World Cup hinting at this fact.
Arsène Wenger is looking for a senior right back to replace Bacary Sagna, who has moved to Manchester City this summer.
