Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has offered £525m to buy Alisher Usmanov's shares in the club, according to the latest report from the Guardian.
Usmanov currently owns 30.4% stake in the North London club, but he doesn't have a seat on the board.
The Uzbek billionaire has previously made several attempts to increase his shares in the club, and he even made a huge £1billion offer to buy Kroenke's shares, but it was promptly rejected by the American businessman.
Now it appears, Kroenke, who owns 67% shares, is eager to have even more control at the club.
