Arsenal board ready to support Wenger future decision - either way

Arsenal's board have agreed NOT to move against manager Arsene Wenger at the end of this season.

It's been suggested Wenger will be asked to leave half-way through his two-year contract this summer after another underwhelming Premier League campaign.

However, on the eve of their Carabao Cup final clash with Manchester City, Le 10 Sport says Arsenal's directors will stand by Wenger.

The only way the two parties will split is if Wenger chooses to walk away at the end of this season.

The Frenchman's future will be left to him, with Arsenal board members agreeing not to demand he leave - no matter where they finish the campaign.
