Almeria are encouraging Everton to up their offer for El Bilal Toure.

IDEAL reports Everton have had a €25m offer for Toure rejected by Almeria.

However, communication lines have remained open with Almeria encouraging a new bid.

Almeria are seeking at least €30m to sell the striker.

And Everton are expected to try again with manager Sean Dyche eager to see a deal done.
