The agent of Palermo star Josip Ilicic admits a move to England cannot be discounted.
Tottenham and Liverpool are being linked with the Slovenia international this week.
"Surely the priority of Josip is Italy, but it is clear that if Palermo were to get relevant offers from the Premier League they would be taken into consideration," Amir Ruzic told TMW.
