Chelsea are battling an increasingly crowded field to land RacingGenk attacker Kevin de Bruyne.
Genk say they rejected an offer from Chelsea for the 19 year-old in January.
And now De Bruyne's agent, Patrick de Koster told TMW: "I can confirm that the player is followed in England, where, in addition to Chelsea, he's liked too by Manchester City and Liverpool, who have recently been added to by Fulham and Everton.
"At the moment, however, the only concrete offer has come from Chelsea. "
