Italian agent Oscar Damiani rates Manchester City's decision to send Rolando Bianchi on-loan to Lazio as the biggest deal of the winter market in Serie A.

Damiani said: "It's normal in January that there are now big deals. Rolando Bianchi's transfer to Lazio has been the most important, though the Biancocelesti perhaps needs strengthening in other positions."
