Marc-Andre ter Stegen is close to signing a new deal with Barcelona.

The Germany goalkeeper's agent Gerd vom Bruch has resumed talks with Barca about a new contract, says Mundo Deportivo.

It's suggested negotiations are moving quickly and there's a confidence of an agreement being found rapidly.

Ter Stegen's current deal runs to 2022 and Barca wish to extend the agreement to 2025.

At 28, Ter Stegen has managed 236 appearances for the Catalans.
