Adam Webster proud to break up Duffy-Dunk combo at Brighton

Adam Webster is delighted with the way he's established himself at Brighton this season.

Forcing his way in and making 30 appearances during an eye-catching, debut Premier League season following his £22m move from Bristol City has been no mean feat for Webster.

He said: "I knew how good the (Shane) Duffy and (Lewis) Dunk partnership was over the last few years and that it was going to be tough just to get into the side. Duffs was player of the year last year.

"I've been at a couple of clubs now where the best players have been the centre halves before I got there and I've had to work hard to get in the team so that was no different coming here."
